Although Lincoln City Football Club works hard to ensure that goods featured are available at all times, it is possible that on certain occasions individual items may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will attempt to contact you on the daytime telephone number provided on your order form, or by post to arrange a replacement or money back.
Please allow 10 days for all merchandise deliveries.
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND ?
Should you wish to exchange goods purchased, or require a refund, you should return the item to the Club Shop at Lincoln City FC, Sincil Bank, Lincoln LN5 8LD within 14 days of receipt of goods. When returning goods please ensure that the receipt is enclosed as proof of purchase. Lincoln City FC refuse the right to refund or exchange if the goods are not returned in good condition. Video cassettes will only be exchanged if found to be faulty. Lincoln City Football Club cannot accept responsibility for any goods not returned to us by recorded or registered post, however postal charges incurred in doing so are the responsibility of the customer. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOU STATUTORY RIGHTS.
